Prices are valid only for the scope of work specified in this quotation.
Any additional work or changes beyond the approved scope will be quoted and charged separately.
2 rounds of minor revisions are included. Additional revisions or major design changes will incur extra charges.
Delivery timelines begin only after receiving all required drawings, reference files, project information, and the agreed advance payment.
A 50% advance payment is required before the project starts. Final deliverables will be released only after full payment has been received.Refund is not acceptable after sending the first draft render or project as its a digital service .
100% refundable if we donot Deliver the project .
Client-supplied drawings, dimensions, CAD files, PDFs, and reference materials are considered final. Any changes after work has commenced may affect both pricing and delivery schedules.
The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all submitted drawings, dimensions, specifications, and project information before production begins.
Delivery schedules are subject to timely client feedback and approvals. Delays in approvals or revisions may extend the delivery date.
Rendering duration may vary depending on project complexity, image resolution, animation length, and revision requirements.
Source files (including Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Corona, or other working files) are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Final deliverables will be provided only in the file formats specified in the quotation.
Minor variations in colors, lighting, textures, and materials may occur due to differences in monitor and print calibration.
Requests for changes after final approval will be treated as new work and billed accordingly.
3D renderings are created for visualization and presentation purposes and should not be used as construction or engineering documents unless otherwise specified.
Project files are stored securely for a limited period after project completion. Long-term storage is not guaranteed.
All client drawings, models, images, and project information are treated as strictly confidential.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or written confidentiality request has been provided before the project begins.
Late payments may delay project delivery or result in temporary suspension of work until payment is received.
Acceptance of this quotation, purchase order, or commencement of work constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
